This Privacy Policy explains what information fuckthehoa.org (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your email address when you sign up for our newsletter or launch updates. When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.

Order and payment information. The products you order and confirmation that your payment went through. Card payments are handled by our payment processors (Shopify Payments and, if you choose it, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Automatic information. Basic device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the site.

How we use your information

To process, produce, and ship your order, and to send you order and shipping updates.

To operate, secure, and improve the site and our store.

To send marketing email, but only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

To run analytics and advertising, as described below.

To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to detect and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that make the store run: Shopify (our store and checkout platform), Printify (production and fulfillment), our payment processors, and our email and shipping providers. We also share information with our analytics and advertising partners, as described below, and we may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. That said, as explained under “Advertising and retargeting” and the California section below, sharing information with advertising partners through cookies and pixels can be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws, and you can opt out.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to run checkout and keep the site secure. We also use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though turning off essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Analytics

We use, or plan to use, third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies and collect usage data, like the pages you view and how you arrived, to give us aggregate insight into site traffic.

Advertising and retargeting

We use, or plan to use, advertising and retargeting technologies from partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads. These partners place cookies or pixels on the site that let us show you our ads on other platforms (this is called retargeting) and measure how those ads perform. To do this, information about your visit may be shared with these advertising partners. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this kind of sharing can be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as “targeted advertising,” even though no money changes hands for your data. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, and stop sending you marketing. To make any of these requests, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California, Texas, or other U.S. states that have their own privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of targeted advertising, and this policy is meant to work alongside them.

California: do not sell or share my personal information

If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of its use for “targeted advertising.” As explained under “Advertising and retargeting” above, our use of advertising and retargeting pixels can fall under these definitions. You also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access and delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, you can use the control at the top of this page, email us at [email protected] with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line, or turn on an opt-out preference signal in your browser, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we will honor as a valid opt-out for that browser or device. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who signed up for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You will still receive transactional messages, such as order and shipping confirmations, for purchases you make.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take it seriously.

Children

This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and it governs from the moment we post it. This version was last updated on July 24, 2026.
